Amen ❤️ That is amazing, the Lord is good.. Having a Christian Family is truly wonderful.. My TESTIMONY ❤️😊 I got Saved way back 2003 it was JANUARY 11, 2003 when I surrendered my life to the Lord and accepted HIM as my personal SAVIOUR. I started attending a Sunday school class, at first I am just going to the church because of free food, then one day my Pastor's wife started to talk to us one by one in one room, she shared to us the greatest gift that the Lord has given her and told us that we can also have that gift it was freely given if we are willing to receive it. I thank the Lord because 3 of us received the Lord's gift it was the eternal life through Christ ❤️. Then after that they called us 3 Marias, then growing up we desired to become a teacher, then one us got married to a pastor, she is now a Pastor's wife ❤️ Also when I was in college I was also given an opportunity to study in Marietta Ohio as an scholar, but then I was denied by the American Embassy, I got so much depressed during that time because I've already spent money for that Visa, but the Lord is so good, He gave a job here in the Philippines where I can serve Him ❤️ Now every single day I thank the Lord for giving me the wonderful gift of SALVATION 😊❤️

i feel so identified with your testimony.. I was also raised on a christian family and environment. I always "tried" to believe, to read, to pray but there was something wrong, like i was always trying on my own strenghts and not surrending and let our Saviour to do what He wanted in my life. I also had bad friendships and relationships who lead me very far, and by the time I was on my first year of college I started believing that my life and achievements were better because I was without God. I had covid and mono in January-February 2022 and that was a breaking point. I fall on depression, I didn´t like architecture anymore, I didn´t like anything I used to and God was using these situation to make me realize how silly I was and how much I offended him. I confessed my sins and believe that He sent His Son to save me, to save us. I had already heard about that story, I had already said that words before but they were empty, they were not with a real repentant heart. A year later, I change career and college, I´m on bussiness administration but the most important thing is that my relationship with God change completely, He is my Saviour, He used this depression to make my realized that He is the unique source of joy, the only purpose of every christian. I would like to share some verses that confort me: 👉Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands. May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word. I know, LORD, that your laws are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me. May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant. Psalms 119 👉Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge. Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb; you taught me wisdom in that secret place. Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Psalms 51: 1-7 👉 he said, “Is not this the great Babylon I have built as the royal residence, by my mighty power and for the glory of my majesty?” Even as the words were on his lips, a voice came from heaven, “This is what is decreed for you, King Nebuchadnezzar: Your royal authority has been taken from you. You will be driven away from people and will live with the wild animals; you will eat grass like the ox. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.” Immediately what had been said about Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled. He was driven away from people and ate grass like the ox. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like the feathers of an eagle and his nails like the claws of a bird. At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever. His dominion is an eternal dominion; his kingdom endures from generation to generation. Daniel 4 31-34 👉Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God ; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Psalms 62:6-7 👉Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. Romans 5:1-5 🙌I was Nebuchadnezzar and I still feel very embarrassed for it but God in his grace brought me to his ways and saved me. SOLI DEO GLORIA

God is always weaved into our stories.....we have only to look back and see it......while we are in the trials we don't always know it, but He is there walking through it and you are right Tara, all that we go through is ALWAYS for OUR GOOD and HIS GLORY! My testimony is sorta like yours like with the whole guy situation he was a nonbeliever and it lead me into a dark place, and I thought I had found Jesus fully but I was so wrong, on August 19th I found Jesus and im so thankful for him and when you said you are studying Biblical counseling, I felt like God lead me to do the same!!

Jesus saved me when I was 12 in 2021. I had sought validation from people and I was lost I was trying to please the world while calling myself a Christian until one day the fear of God was placed in me when I realized the penalty of my sin and I repented. Jesus changed my life❤️
