A great leader was once a great follower. Managing my own online business is really a tough job. I try to keep up with the changes and also manage my team keeping them up to date with what I need them to accomplish for me. Other than that, it also helps them be motivated at all times when I tell them that they've done great for the week. I am happy when I see the progress we are all making as a team. I have a question: you have mentioned previously that you dont look at projects for inspiration ,however you look at images just like in the beginning of this vlog , Im a bit confused , could you tell us more about how do you get inspired from fashion for example? I am an interior designer and I was SO inspired by the idea of not looking at other projects for inspo ( does it mean no interior images at all !?).. elaborate on that please please please ..love you xoxo
