Welcome! I went to design school back in the early 90’s. I wanted to be a designer so bad but Law enforcement was paying the bills. Lol. Now I’m retired and having fun with it. I’ve always believed in decorating on a budget, mixing high end with low end! I now believe in more on the low end with a little high end. Lol. Repurposing old items adds so much character! Joan, I love your home! Just a thought/idea for you. In the dining room, you need a few taller , green or black or other items on the top shelf . It appears too light compared to the color snd weight of the lower shelves. You can’t see it until you see the wide shot. Just rearrange what you have already to distribute the visual weight. I’m not being critical, just an observation, keep on keepin on. I love your channel.

You can change them cabinets with sticky paper. I searched on here rental property hacks. Ive never used it on csbinets but flooring.....yes i have. Just a damp mop for cleaning. Hope that helped. Removing isnt to bad, i used a steamer. Enjoyed your video 🌹

The lamp shades in the living room,..I think it would look so much better if the shades were white with the black stones.
