I don't have any routine. I honestly don't. I have just however signed up to rock the housework on patreon. I love this as I have the company, I'm told what to do or at very least given suggestion. I'm now working and feel this is doable. I have long term mobility and fatigue issues and feel this is better than hiring a cleaner,which I just can't afford. Thank you x

I love routines and have one for mornings, afternoons, evenings and before bed.

I am not the biggest fan of routines, but I do recognise that without them, I was at sea; lunging from task to task all day without ever feeling like I had achieved anything. Then I would eventually give up on housework as it all felt impossible. I am carving out my own routine, but have fallen into the trap of overloading it, I think. I am having to try REALLY hard to stick to my time limits. It has been helpful to give myself a time range e.g. 10-20 mins. I am also trying to review my calendar and create slots for things I want/need to do throughout the day. Any tips on being better at sticking to the time limits set, would be gratefully received.

I like routine, I'm disabled and ill so I'm at home, when I was first injured the days were a pickle...now I have 'anchor points/habits' during the day it helps so much.

I'm ok with routine but my difficulty is that my husband's work has ABSOLUTELY NO routine! He might be away for a fortnight, working 7-7 or 9-2am the next day.....or not all ! I have tried just carrying on the same whether he is there or not but 1. I burn out/do everything and 2. He feels like he's a waste of space! He's an excellent cook, happy to shop, does all the washing, bed changing etc when he's there but I don't know how to manage the irratic nature of his presence!! Any ideas???

My little girl sleep routine is total gone at the moment she 10 month and has thrown mine to pot, any tips on how I can get her back on track.

as i was scrolling through my feed, i got the new pop up on the previous video with a warning that the previous video could be distressing…. for me, it should have popped up for this one! the idea of a routine for me is extremely triggering . gives me anxiety.
