i am always so grateful for your recovery content, zoe! the internet is full of so many influencers doing ‘what i eat in a day in recovery’ videos, etc., under the guise of promoting healthy living, while really just perpetuating disordered eating and destructive relationships with food and our bodies. you, however, are very genuine and grounded & keep reminding me WHY i want to recover and WHAT i want my life to be like. thank you!
