Thank you Torey for sharing. I'm pretty new into oils and really started this journey for my husbands insomnia and found it they helped me sleep better too. I will admit I was a complete skeptic at first but now finding all sorts of applications that are working. I'm reading some of these naysayer, negative posts on here... I hope everyone ignores those. My family are prone to migraines - M-gain is a great oil in our house. Joy is next on my list!

I wasn’t a fan of joy at first, but I love it mixed with more citrus! Just ordered progessence plus because of hormone support when I go off of BC 🙏🏼 my faves are probably sacred mountain and copaiba!

MomOfBoys there are a small amount of essential oils that aren’t recommended while pregnant. The book Gentle Babies is super helpful!

I LOVE Valor! And I use a similar version to Progessence plus and find it SUPER effective. I personally choose not to ingest nor use oils neat for safety reasons, though.

Am specifically fascinated by valor and Joy but haven't yet ordered either one of them like to pick out a certain oil and order them individually from my consultant or off Amazon right now am working with Stress away am personally not a big fan of ylang ylang find it to be too strong is there away to recreate Joy for yourself without it lemongrass and rose smells just like palmarosa
