You are 100% correct. He is British. I personally lump his stuff in with French perfumes because I consider his style more French. Maybe because he was the in-house perfumer at Guerlain for so long and that's where he learned his trade. But technically he should be in the British category. There were too many great fragrances and I probably will do a second video with five more

Much I can say about perfumes of paris mentions of the 18th century were the best formulas, they scent flowers of different kinds, snowy when they fall on clothes like glucose on the tongue, the cold and the scent, take a person to a different world. That is perfume & also maybe this if the formulas are still in use & I will love to have those scents as mine someday🌺

I have never smelled Habdan, but I own Herod, Layton, Pegasus Excl and Oajan. All of these have a sillage that is enormous! I have never heard of a house with so many dominate and potent fragrances. If there are more like the House of Parfum De Marly I would love to know! Another great Topic Joel!!!
