The Sign of the Times oracle is just a lenormand deck with a few extra cards thrown in.

Perhaps, but I find that it works much better than a Lenormand when I need to gain an additional layer on the Tarot!

That would depend on what kind of work you need clarification on but the Signs of the Times Oracle is a pretty good choice in general!
