I bought the Titan SSB last year and it is a fantastic investment. Titan gets a lot of flak for their quality but this piece of equipment is top notch. I've had a lot of elbow pain because of a ruptured bursa sac in my elbow but I can still squat because the SSB allows for a comfortable and low stress arm position. 10/10 would recommend.

In my 60s now, and the Elite FTS Yokebar SSB is my main squat and the Rogue MG-24 swiss bar is my main bench press. Between these and direct work on scapular depression and retraction, elevation and protraction, upward and downward rotation, and humeral external and internal rotation, my shoulders have actually been getting better as I age. I didn't know about the Elite FTS cambered swiss bar until just after I got the Rogue, dang. Good luck with the scan, and let us know how it goes. I'm sure a lot of us who do something as brutal as this strength training are using it partly to deal with re-calibrations of our nervous and endocrine systems due to unfortunate events. I got the SS Yoke bar as a Christmas gift and purchased the American Cambered bar a short time later based off your recommendation. Both have been invaluable in my training. EliteFTS is the shit!

Also, if you feel comfortable, I amalways wanting to know how your health is doing. I can’t speak for other viewers, but as someone with a chronic eye condition where I get injections every 3 weeks and the pressure makes me wanna puke, I get it. Similar but different. My SS Yoke Bar is my most favoritest thing ever! It really is. I don't have the swiss bar version that you have with the extra range of motion. I have the EliteFTS American Gridiron Bar and I absolutely love it, as well. I figured that my old shoulders didn't need the extra range of motion. (I also have DB's for that). I was surprised that you didn't mention the trap bar. This would have been my #1. (The basic CAP Barbell, or whatever equivalent, with both the raised and regular handles is fine.) This was my first specialty bar purchase, and if I were to do it again, it would still be my first specialty bar purchase. The benefits to doing Deadlifts on a trap bar are extensive. Farmer's Walks are also great for the entire body. I've heard you can even do shrugs with them. Meh. Anyways, my trap bar is still in the weekly rotation to this day, and was cheaper than these other bars. I have basically replaced the big 3 with these bars. If I want a variation, then I'll use a straight bar. All my supplemental exercises I can do with these, DB's, and body weight movements.

Before finishing the video, I predict a safety squat bar and swiss bar will make the cut or at least be an honorable mention. Anytime an SSB is available at the gym, I use it over the straight bar for box squats, lunges, and especially good mornings. After using an SSB for good mornings, I have no intention to use a straight barbell for that exercise again. For OHP I prefer straight bars, but for benching the Swiss bar is a top notch variation, particularly if someone does a lot of wide grip straight bar benching that taxes the shoulders.

Not trying to hijack, just give options: I have the Titan V2 SSB, Edge Fitness Narrow Angled Swiss Bar (It isn't knurled on the handles, you'd have to pay more for that). Those are my 3 bars. If anything, I'd get rid of my regular ohio bar and get a powerlifting bar.

Home gym Pros - work out whenever you want You can buy whatever your equipment you want Play whatever music and have a good time Cons - you're not going to get that crowd energy all the time ( I personally prefer the quiet and being alone. ) This also means you might not have a spotter every time. Stupid expensive and takes up a decent amount of space

I have both of those bars, and like them both especially the yoke bar. The only complaint with the cambered bar is the packaging. The yoke bar came well packaged and protected. The cambered bar came to me with both ends blown out of the box, and minor damage to the bar end and cap. Yeah, UPS isn’t gentle with their deliveries, but $0.05 worth of packing tape would have solved the problem.

Only Jesus can save us. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. Do you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior? God is alive. Jesus is alive. Jesus is coming back. We have to be saved and ready. Do you know where you will spend eternity?
