Aww, your bother is such a sweet guy! You feeling guilty about showing your disappointment to your brother's present to this day also makes you a sweet man. I have moments in my life that I completely feel guilty about things I have done to my brother or family that haunt me too this day. My brother spent hours organizing his sport cards by number and we got into an argument. He step up to me and with cards in hand and I gave him a shove back. He dropped them all and ever since I have felt bad. I still apologize about 1 yrs.

To be honest though, X-Men/Spiderman in Arcade's Revenge is a pretty terrible game... But it does have a soft spot in my heart because it was also one of the ones I owned.

Yeah I like this guy, he's just got straightforward passion and enthusiasm for old games without the smugness or hipster irony that so many others do these days. Judging from his appearance he's from my generation so that's probably why. :P

I completely understand where you're coming from. My original idea was to make a video called "Top 20 that aren't Mario, Zelda, or Metroid Games", but in the end I realized that I wanted to gush about my favorite games. My passion was bubbling over. Actually this morning I thought of a simple idea for a video series that would highlight great, lesser known games. It may be a while, though, I have too many plans for my own health.

No need to be sorry. I am a huge Castlevania fan as well, but my favorites in the series start at Symphony of the Night and the excellent GBA and DS games. Thank you for subbing. I appreciate it.

You're so right. I've already made lists for 3 other systems, but the SNES list was the most difficult to make. I started with close to 40 games that I love and I used a "points system" to rank them. So many games were bunched up around #15-20. I can already tell that not everyone is going to be happy with #10-1, but what's a guy to do? This is just my opinion.

A little late to the show, but in reply to your Christmas story: I had been BEGGING for Nintendo 64 from the moment they started advertising for it. My parents told me we couldn't afford it, but that Christmas there was a game console-sized box under the tree. I stared longingly at the box every day leading up to the big night, and when we opened it up... it was a sleeping bag... it was the only time I ever showed anything but appreciation for a gift and I still feel absolutely terrible about my reaction, especially KNOWING my parents would've done just about anything to make that happen for me if they could. You're not alone, brother!
