I appreciate what you said towards the end, about the breath, movement, & intention combined are very powerful. It helps me understand when you say, "take a moment & notice how your body feels". Seems obvious, but then I realize- I'm not really thinking about it. Thank you again!

hi kseny what's the fastest way to get blockages out of the hips and back of legs? also have you heard of the sea star pose where you point one hand at the sky and the other to the earth? one of my teachers talked about this pose as a balancing of the polarities pose. cheers to you thank you for your purpose. i went in nature today, let go of some resistance to following the video and so now feel a bit better. thank you.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share. Sometimes the most simple exercises are the most effective. Hip rotations and gentle squats with feet parallel are good. Forward bends (Touch the sky & press the earth) with flat back are good as well. Sea star pose that you are talking about reminded me of Connect heaven and earth from the 8 pieces of brocade. It's also very good for balancing energies in the front and back parts of the body. Keep it up. I think you are doing well.

Perfect, thank you! I have a question about the twisting at first.. As the front arm swings it seems the forearm is what gently taps on the lower abdomen and the loose fist strikes closer to the hip bone. This is my experience and it's what I see when I see you doing it. I am asking because it sounds like we are to strike the lower abdomen with the fist, whereas when I try to do that specifically it feels wrong. Any idea about that?
@qigongwithkseny5 жыл бұрын
Hi Yvonne, thank you for asking. The forearm lands across the abdomen with the loose fist gently knocking just under the ribs/floating rib and above the hip bone. Let me know how are you getting on. X
