I do have a question: Regarding BSR: considering it's ticker is BSRTF and it's traded over-the-counter, are there implications as to the dividend rules and/or other implications of holding this stock compared to Nasdaq listed? is that a concern? do they have plans to uplist to the nasdaq? I remember when you were running for state representative. I lived in Dallas most of my life up until last year when I moved out to El Paso. I agree Texas is a hot spot for many from tax overburdened states. Property taxes are still too high & a big factor in why I sold my home in Dallas. I am hopeful the tide is turning on that front. Good video as always. BSR is on my watchlist.

Yes, property taxes have gotten out of control, which is why I ran and was the campaign's focus. I am glad to see the cause gaining some momentum. It should be a bipartisan issue.

Another question: Not looking for advice, since I own these names already, but considering the serious dip last few weeks for REITS: what do you think if VICI? CCI? NNN? Again, I own all of them. I bought more CCI last week, more VICI yesterday. Any chance you can do some "status" or "review" on these ones? personally I think they are great opportunities at these levels.
