I agree with triple shaddy doing work this time of year. I swap out the size 4 willow for a 3.5 so I can burn it faster. Burning spinnerbaits is the deal locally and are forage is tiny right now. With that being said, Bizz Baits makes a similar spinnerbait called fall fry. It is a 3 blade but downsized considerably compared to the Accent.

I fish a highland lake and a lake with a lowland and highland mix very little grass lot of rock and hard flat bottom out here in California I need to learn how to fish plastic swim baits and flukes. We have been fishing mostly with drop shots and sometimes with Ned rig vegetation is very sparse Catching bass every time but small size and just a few. I am hoping that some day the State of California would start stocking Bass to improve the quality and quantity of Bass in all of the state lakes. Awesome top five for the fall, you pretty much nailed mine except the fluke, never have fish one but believe it or not even before watching your video. I rigged up a rod with a fluke. I just have to go back and put the Hook All disc in place. Looking forward to adding that to my arsenal this fall, not sure why avoided it so many years. So I’ve been dealing with this for my last few trips, I’ve been picking 3 to 4 lures. I either set a 20 min timer if I’m using 3 lures or 15 mins if using 4. I go to a spot, the timer and fish the lure or technique until the timer goes off. After that I pick a new lure but run the same water. After I cycle through those in that hour I decide to change my colors up and repeat the process. You can cover 3 spots and try multiple colors within 3-5 hours time its really helped me slow down and and focus more on where I’m cast and running my lure past. I promise if y’all try this it’ll increase you catches and knowledge of those spots on the first day you try it…

Fluorocarbon doesn't affect a buzzbait because, for the most part, the line is not even on the water. I feel braid can be a disaster with a buzzbait because some don't cast all that well, and it's a backlash waiting to happen, and I don't want all the stretch that mono has.
