Some things that i look at for games on Mobile stores are Ads, In-App purchases, permissions/data collected and data shared.

What is even crazier to me is when a game have forced ads without a iap to remove them. Japanese games are often guilty of that

Spot on with all of these. In addition, one of mine is when they emphasize the PvP. It makes me wonder if the actual game play is weak.
