ChromeOS has definitely improved over the years! I still have my Galaxy Chromebook from 2020 and I will say, it gets better with each major update!

That was useful, thank you. For me something useful is being able to run the same app on my Chromebook as on my phone. For me apps for mapping and navigation fit particularly well. A frustration is that often android apps are said to be incompatible with ChromeOS, when I think it just a lazy choice by the developer.

What app are you using to record the video? Is that on the Chromebook? If not what app on Chromeos could I use to record a video with myself and appearing on a little square the sane way you are

There is a built in recorder app, but it's bad. This was done using a capture card and another PC.

I'm looking but the Apps are not only few, they are pretty crap. I think ChromeOS users set a very low bar for what they think is OK. Complicated by the Online Roulette. What only works online, or offline but with problems. Still I'll chase down any suggestions on here. I really would like my Chromebook to be useful.

@@scaryifliteral There lies the problem. Android sucks as a desktop OS "virtually". I use "virtually" everything going, Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Linux, and now ChromeOS. I haven't seen this many lockups or crashes, or failed UI/UX in decades.

... ANDROID.... Chromebooks are desktop chrome browser + extensions,, web pages a " small " and fast on a chrome browser ANDROID on the other hand is H U G E in memory terms and can slow things down OR..... NEED.... Pentium i3 / 8GB ram ,,, almost like buying a windows PC
