My gosh Claudia....that chicken looks delicious. I made your tamales a week ago. They were amazing. The Mexican workers next door who were putting in a pool got to eat some tamales. What I like about your tacos is the multi-layers of 3 salsas. When people ask me how come I mix fresh chili's into the meat or beans, while adding a salsa, I try to explain not all peppers, sauces, and salsas, are created equally, and by combining them you get a more complex flavor. As always, your recipes inspire me to be more creative in my cooking towards excellence.

I just want to begin saying that this recipe sounds delicious and everything looks great. I was just curious if you meant to add cumin twice? When you were naming off the seasonings you said ground cumin twice. Did you mean ground coriander for one of them? they do look similar.
