Good choices! Love all the French auto-loader LTs...super fun. Love the Ru251. Great handling, decent gun. Be prepared for a lot of stuck turrets, though. I think if it weren't for clown cars, the Ru would played a lot more. I think all these choices reflect old school LTs and spotting, before EBRs screwed things up.

Nice job, I also got a mark of excellence. It sadly doesnt matter how good I play, I lose far more than I win even though I'm top damage dealer almost every single game I play. I'm always stuck with players that have 40% or worse winrate. 200 average damage after 40k games lol. I'm at 800 damage average per game cause I'm a new player it's not higher. But it goes up every single game I play. I'm barely hanging onto a 49% winrate. 8 days ago I was at 54% but I cant carry the entire team, I cant kill all 15 enemies. I pull more than my weight in every game. I'm sick of losing cause other people are so fucking bad at this game. It's such an easy game to be decent at. U just have to use a tiny amount of ur brain to do so. It sickens me how terrible some people are. 33%ers fucking off my winrate almost every game. I hate it and about to quit cause I cannot handle the constsnt losing. Isnt it like a 50/50 shot to be on the winning side? How can someone get on the losing team 50 out of 60 times!? It blows my mind, it defies the law of probability completely

@@jenksify yeah, I'm going to keep on rolling through hell for a little longer. I hate it thought when I see people with far worse average stats than mine however their winrate is WELL above 50%. Is it just the absolutely awful matchmaking or what? Frustrating to see a guy with 500 average exp, 650 average damage while mine is like 700 average xp and 800 for damage with them going up and up with every game I play.

@@pppship Lorr 40 T was a T9 tech tree for a while then it was removed from the game entirely The T8 prem is essentially a downtiered version

@@pppship yea instead of B C 25t AP we had the Lorr. Just like in the very very early stage of the game (2011 and early 2012) the american top heavies were T34 in tier 9 and T30 in tier 10. Now they're premium tier 8,and tier 9 TD, and we have M103 and T110E5. IS-4 was also a tier 9, KV-3 was tier 6, etc.

I have two marks in amx1390 and i play almost anything. I thought... If tier 9 is that good, tier 10 must be a monster... Well im not having same experience in amx13 105. Maybe it's me that i play more agressive because feeling the pressure of being top tier spotter.... But the tier 9 feels more easy and more accurate. But when tier 10 works... It's a blast

You should really use an aiming device instead of stabilizer with the T49 with the small gun. The T49 with the small gun has 0.38 base dispersion, which is really not good for a tier 9 light tank with low alpha, but it only has a 0.06 dispersion penalty when traversing the turret and only 0.1 penalty when traversing the hull and moving the tank. So it needs an aiming device to lower its base dispersion, a lot more than its needs a stabilizer to lower the dispersion penalties.

I never knew that enemy tanks can’t spot my tank if their turret and front hull are both completely behind hard cover and don’t have a line of sight to my tank. It makes sense now that I think about it, since all of their view ports are in their turret and front hull. Where are the spotting points on the tank that need to have line of sight to enemy tanks in order to spot them? Can you spot with the tip of the gun barrel if you raise it up over a hill or do you have to expose part of the turret?

from memory, i think its just the cupola and gun mantle, but the videos from wargaming europe (which are awesome btw, go check them out) i watched a while ago, so i might b wrong.

Spotting mechanic on the tank is where the gun starts,so if you cant see where the enemies gun starts going from cupola it wont spot you

Personally I much prefer the Lwt over the RU, mostly because it's great for bullying other lights. The other two choices I agree with.

You know what? Sometime you might laugh about someone who being trashtalker in the game. And when you see the results was Omg, he did 0 damage and not even close to top 5-10 by any means.. Like the T-10 did in Ru-251 vids

My tree favorite to, even if i play most with the T10 french autoloader. The ru is most flexible, the he is very good. Ru and t49 with the normal gun could be play like light/medium tank 👌

Tbh i prefere the Streamcontent way more over those re-commented "Bestof's" cause its skill live, and its skill as he is in action. Not this rushy comments stuff. I appreciate it alot in the way he gives those Games now. If he has got an "offline" Replay that he wants to show us, im fine as well. But for me its more enjoyable the way he is doing now. So, thank you very mutch for that skill :-) gives a solid 🍌 out of 10 ;-)

Ru251 has better dpm, pen and gun handling. And HWK is not faster, they are the same speed. Infact, RU even has better power/weight ratio. Aaand more HP and camo :P

@@kelvisshandei Technically yes but that was prior to the introduction of t9/t10 lights, so it effectively had the same matchmaking it does now. You could not see anything lower than tier 7 (except for tier 6 lights)

the HWK 30 is indeed essentially the Ru a tier lower; although pen/hp/dpm/etc are lower, it's essentially the equivalent of if the Ru became T8 and had adjusted stats

Not that the ru is underrated, it's just that it's so much worse at tier 9 than it was at tier 8 years ago and personally I always compare it to the good old days when it was tier 8. Had over 600 battles in it in the glory days, after it became t9 not more than 50 battles

@azertu2u2 T8: overall the LT-432 is best, but the ELC EVEN is better specialized for spotting T9: AMX 13 90, T-54 ltwt. and Ru 251 are about equal in strength T10: T100 LT overall is best but Manticore is very close Russian lights are a bit more forgiving (sometimes bounces shots with turret armor) but all of the listed lights are still difficult to play also you need a great crew on any light tank

3marked the t49 with the derpgun. Really funny i like to sneak up on enemys and do 900 dmg up their ass. Kinda struggle with the 13 90 gun tho

Camo is a standard concept in wot and is self explanatory.Any type of camouflage you place on a tank gives either 2-4% concealment.That includes standard camos or event camos(Christmas and other events).And yes you can use event camos all year long!Camo usualy has 3 parts on it for the body,hull and gun.The percentage of camo does not increase if you apply on all 3 so technically you can place only 1 part of the camo on 1 tank and use the other 2 on different tanks.(Camo is devided in 3 parts if im not mistaken).Those are my thoughts on the matter,if i made a wrong assumption please correct me bellow Thanks!

Leonardo.. If you want to shoot without getting spotted?.. Simple Rule of Thumb.. Creep forward.. Spot the target. Auto aim .. reverse until the bush is no longer transparent (so you can't see through it)..Release auto aim. Then you should be safe to shoot.. obviously that depends on other enemy positions. I use Auto aim so I don't lose target if move the camera. Also there's an old wives tale that it helps with RNG..

Watch videos to pick up play styles & best positions. Experience will help you after that. Scouts also need best crews as they are in the front lines. Good luck with your games.

@@ayseturkay1259 Thank you for your reply. jadar jeans? Sorry, I don't understand that term. One of the most important things about scouting is ALWAYS have a place to hide you can run from. NEVER get trapped, your low HP will disappear. Try to resist the temptation to fire until the time is right (i.e enemy is distracted & won't focus fire you). You will need to watch videos to find the best places, & look at camo ratings etc to see how far you can push towards the enemy. Have your view range circle setup on minimap, so you can see how far back you can sit, & STILL see enemy. Best wishes in your games.

What can I do to win more. I score top damage almost every single game I play, I'm barely scraping by with a 49% winrate after 800 games. First 4 games I played I lost and it's not cause I dont perform very well, its cause other people that completely throw the game for me. Soon as I join the game and see someone say "sorry i have to yolo in for a spotting mission, i have to spot 3 vehicles"..... !!!!! What the fuck, u dont have to yolo to spot 3 freaking tanks. No one ever goes for the hill on my team on mines, never ever. North or south spawn is irrelevant. People dont listen, they do their own thing. So how do I get better to be able to carry the team and get all 15 kills, its clear to me it all relies on me. This game angers me more than anything cause other people fuck it off for me. The MMing has been so piss poor lately that just a week ago I was at 54% winrate. Then lost 20 games out of 24. I'm consistently scoring 2k+ damage at tier 6 and 7 as a heavy tank. M6, T29, Tiger P, and tiger 1. I'm not playing premium tanks just tech tree tanks. I think that's pretty good. I score a high caliber medal game after game after game but I lose all the fucking time. Skill, sorry to bitch and moan on ur comment section but I think u can help me to be even better and help carry the team even more. Even when I get in a tier 9 game as a tier 7 I score at the least top 3. Im a new player too and doing g better than all the people that have played thousands and thousands of games. Imagine how good I can become if I have been playing for more than 1.5 months and have s good teacher

You do not have that much influence on the game in a light tank on most maps. If you do already damage with lights, maybe try mediums, better gun better dpm, more hp.
