to have tourettes you have to have at least 2 motor tics and at least 1 vocal tic for at least a 12 months x and for the tics to not be caused by anything else such as anxiety tics x

I’m not self diagnosing but I do have tic symptoms I do head jerks I roll my eyes shrug my shoulder raise my eyes make a grunting noise and clear my throat and a weird next twisty thing and grind my teeth I also scrunch my nose I’ve been to the doctors once and they said it could be tics or behavioural problems but after that doctors appointment I haven’t been since my parents usually tell me to stop doing them but I can’t help it I’d don’t know if I’ve just trained myself to do these movements and noises I always get dizzy because of them it’s annoying
