at 1st I going assume you is "thai ??" and found out your not , so i going to 1st clip and everything explane the reason and I have a idea that "you maybe near Chef Pailin from Thai" may be you 2 spark some idea .... who know......

Thanks for the comment and taking the time to watch my 1st clip! You're correct - I'm not Thai, but living in Thailand for 8 years has given me a deep love for Thai cuisine. Learning from locals, farmers, and chefs has been an absolute life gift that brought me joy. Cooking food is a beautiful act, and I believe it connects us all. Pailin's channel has been a huge inspiration, and our paths have not crossed yet (hopfully one day) but her many years of dedication to sharing Thai culture is amazing.

@@evehappivore I know from your letter alphabet that "you fear to make screw the hole show" maybe I'm wrong but you not in U.S. That is advantage and someday destiny will cross because you ever leave footstep in U.S. destiny will lead you to there :) and sorry not to watch all your show cause I'm nerd and I just wonder that your Thai or not (not interest in Thai food or anything from the nerd POV subject is your origin not the food.) sorry again for my broken English.
