✨Why should you go on a triathlon training camp?✨
A lot of people think training camp is just about increasing volume when it’s actually not. If you go from working out only 5 hours a week to suddenly doing 20 hours, the risk of injury is so high. Of course you increase volume during a training camp and that’s a key objective, but the main thing for me is fitting in key targeted sessions for upcoming races, getting proper recovery… and most importantly being on holiday in a beautiful location!
