I went there on January 2021 for the new years and gurl it didn't even feel like covid was a thing there. dubai was completely full of tourists and our flight was packed tho they took good covid precautions and it was one hell of an experience

yes. I had to take a covid test 72 hours before my departure to Dubai and then when I landed there I had to take one more at the airport and then i had to take another one 72 hours before flying back to my home country
