I'm always amazed at the shape of the Cypress and the beautiful trees that exist in your part of the world. Didn't realize Celine was a cook. Glad to see something as familiar as a KitchenAid. Makes all the difference in my cooking life. I am pausing this video and taking notes on all these wonderful ideas she cooks. I am thrilled you have a new vehicle I was waiting for that news. How cool it is that you have that experience with Andre Bocelli.(A cousin of mine, demoed keyboards for Sony, for a while, all over the world. Super interesting job for him. Electronic stuff winning an Academy award for several scores backdropping movies. the technical side of the Oscars - not the super showy up front stuff.That huge large musical industry is an extremely interesting one. Twenty years ago, we happened upon Voltara! As Canadians we love to drive the back roads, it was getting late in the day and we needed to stop and find accommodation, we saw a road sign and decided to look for a B &B. I wish to share my true experience with all. Last week after watching Nicki's video , I went to my office and I saw some troubled heated argument of my staff and one of the client. Normally, I behave very strong and start fighting myself. But I was in such positive and good mood that I looked at the things in a very different perspective. Within 5 minutes I managed to resolve the dispute to a happy ending. Incredible feeling. You are making positive change to lives of many. In fact, I have started recommending Nicki's channel to many of my friends whom I feel needs a strong dose of happiness and positivity. You are an Angel. Stay blessed. I love where Celine lives its so quiet, secluded and pretty. I'm in NZ where people say we have a good quality of life (not at the moment) but I think you guys have it better. I live in NZ. Yes there is beauty but the food isn’t great really and so expensive if it is , also there’s no culture of going out as a family at night and eating in restaurants.

The Celine/Nicki relationship/story is quite special. We should all be so lucky to have an age old friendship like that. It is lovely and generous for Nicki to focus on Celine and her work. Nicki was fortunate the client allowed the camera at the private dinner. I love having a talented chef cook for me in my home. Celine's professional relationship with food makes for very colorful and interesting video productions. Tuscany is a personal expertise of mine, and I could easily see Nicki prospering there. I have never been to Chianni, but the area looks quite special and worth a visit. I wish Nicki had more time to spend in Volterra, which is another special place to visit. I would love to see Nicki explore other areas of Chianti and Southern Tuscany as well. Nicki could become (if she wanted to) a newer, more fun version of Karen Brown, exploring some of Tuscany's best lodging options. Tourists would love that. Nicki's trips are so much fun to watch. If only Carlo could get away from his day job and do more drone work. Tuscany is an amazing place to film from an air balloon, especially at sunrise. The most colorful time to visit is late May/early June.

Rolling Hills are much better than 500 steps. So many abandoned properties in Italy, Spain and Portugal. So many new YT channels of ex pats buying them up and rebuilding their dream retirements. Portugal is cheapest right now. Time to shop and invest Carlos! Celine had a dream gig. So happy you two peas in a pod had time together once again. Her dish of orange salad with caramelized onions, olives was mind blowing. Never would have thought of the combination. Loved your story of Bocelli singing in the shower.
