this place brings the wow factor immediately :) :) :) the house is absolutely grand as it stands there - gorgeous is the word alright! the vista is just amazing.. inside the wow continues! i came in with you and quickly sprawled myself on that couch nick! the kitchen - oh my word - simple and fantastic. i love it very much! what a delightful space! the bedrooms and bathrooms are all so lovely. each one simple and ample, so comfortable, just charming, with views to enjoy from every window! you can't improve a thing here in my mind. nothing needs to change here! the wonderful ambiance of this gorgeous home is immediate and needs only for someone to come and enjoy all the beautiful simplicity and loveliness it offers. inside and outside is it an italian dream! what beauty you showed us today .... captivating!!! i love these tours!

@italianproperty - another crackin' beauty of a property you bring us Nick! However do you do it week after week? Those views are stunning and seemingly endless 🥰🥰🥰 We love the stonework of the buildings as well as the patio and swimmingpool area... For the plot size we thought it was going to be priced around the €775-825K mark... For that price - €1.45m - I'd expect there to be _at least_ 1ha...if not closer to 1,5ha. If I remember correctly the property you referenced to from last weekend there was both more acreage as well as a more reasonable price...and it had those breathtaking views as well. I digress...
