I am an Indian living in the UK and even before I moved to the UK I had travelled to the UK extensively. I can tell that the UK visa is one of the easiest to get for Indians because of the history we share (commonwealth). Seeing your refusal letter, I can say that the visa officer judged your application fairly. They don't give a damn if you lend money to your friends and then take it back. All they want to see is a consistent income and your flow of funds. These are the most important things that you need to keep in mind before you apply for a visa to go to Western countries; 1- Three year of ITR (to show that you are a law abiding citizen coz you rip your own govt by not paying your taxes then you are most likely to do illegal activities in a foreign land too) 2- Make sure that you have a steady income and that you save money each month for your travels in case you show that you like to travel 3- If you don't have enough funds in your account...never hesitate to get an affidavit made by your parents saying that they are helping you with the trip and then you can attach their bank statement. That's what I mostly did 8 years ago when I didn't have the kind of money I have today. My mother a govt servant always attached her bank statements to support my visa applications. 4- This is the most important----- AVOID AGENTS...most agents in India haven't stepped out of India. How the heck they can then get you a visa. THINK ABOUT IT :)

Bank balance DOES have a role in visa granting/refusal. What they look at is a stable balance over a period of time usually preceding 6m ,large amounts of sudden single debits or credits bound to arouse suspicion. But what is surprising in your case is that despite your very extensive travel history visa was denied by a friendly country on financial grounds

Because He Stated That 20,000 Is His Expenditure But He Failed To Explain That Why His Expenditure Was 75,000 In A Single Month.. He Should Have Explained I also got uk refusal (9 Lakh Balance) but then i explained them everything and voila visa granted(3 Lakh) Honestly His File Was Really Good But If Expenditure Is High Then You Explanation Is Necesary

But every time when I give bank statement for visa application I choose that account which has a STEADY balance and a STEADY transaction history over immediate past 6m (usually) rather than one having a high balance so that the person at visa office going through the records has the least suspicion

@@senguptanilanjan Bro I Am Talkig about UK Visa, And Trust Me My 6months Bank Statement Has Arouns 200-250 transactions Maybe More Which actually shows my expenditure and they are hardly calculating my expenses through each transaction... the only thing they see is big transactions And If They Match The Job/Business Or Expenditure Navankur Had A Starting Balance Of 1370 And Then While Applying For Visa He Had 3 Lakhs, Ofcrs Visa Officer Needs To See Your Carry Forward Balance At Least 50-60 Thousand!! I Gave My 9month Bank Statement After Refusal To Explain Them That The Big Transaction Which Appeared In My Account Was Due From A Long Timee

Udhar bhi reject hojaeiy ga :-(( sab sey best tareeqa hey kissi aisey country mein business kholo jahan pe visa lagga ho (Turkey, Colombia,Brazil, Argentina, south Africa etc) aur business ko kamyani sey chalao for two years at least (learn the language and skills..) Tab hi in logon ko yaqeen aiyga phir hi visa dein gey. Kyonke inko pata ho ga ke yeh sarey business ko employees ko chhor ke Kahan bhaggey ga!! Bahut tough kardya he process!

I have been watching your videos... I have been applying UK visa quite often and have never been refused.. However once one of my friend faced a similar issue like yours.. I got him to re apply with a letter clarifying his stand like what you have explained here... You must reapply along with a clarification letter by giving reference of their refusal letter and also attaching a copy of it with your application.. You will get the visa.. Kindly reply logically with multiple points that you want to inform them of and also mention that they must genuinely reconsider their decision...

Bhai when I applied for South Korea visa, I had 719k INR bank balance but they called me and asked me if I can provide more financial information and then I had to give them my second account statement with more 1.23M INR before they approved my visa.

Hi Navankur, If you could not submit your visa filled passport that is fine. I got my UK visa on my renewed passport and there was not even a single stamp and visa. They might have got confused with your bank statement.

I have travelled extensively to many countries, including the UK and have always got my Visa approved. I have to say that Bank Balance has no relevance. The first time I applied for UK Visa, I had a monthly income of Rs 45k. And a deposit from my dad for 1 lakh. Total balance about 1.5 Lakh. Each month clearly showing that the expenses were almost as much as earnings. Though I had a good travel history in Asia and Letter from my employer. ITR, Statements and that’s it. Visa got approved each time. I have to say that Bank Balance is not a major factor in Visa application. Ties to your country is. Like my statement clearly showed that I own a Car and am paying monthly EMI for it. Steady salary. Steady ITR and a good travel history. That should do the trick for anyone. Also, tentative itinerary, proposed flights that you want to take, accommodation booking (refundable is fine) and other attraction bookings will also help.

we give too much credit to uk visa officers to behave logically. Lakeer ke fakir are everywhere. His forwarding letter should have emphasised that he is a popular youtuber with a income. Also if they have a program in which they input your information and the system rejects you, then their hands can be tied and they probably cant over rule.
