Nice build. Quick question: What is the concussion like when shooting between the two comps? I currently run the previous one you used, but I am growing quite annoyed with all the back pressure while shooting. Would you describe the back pressure from your new comp more enjoyable to shoot?

Love your build, as a fellow rooftop Korean, I do recommend the mischief machine 365 commander grip. Would also add a tac dev pro ledge to your TLR7. I have mine mated to a spectre comp slide and it shoots flat. Gonna do another build with the radian comp this next round.

Streamlight has clarified that the HPL Face Cap described here will not be available separately and the swap is not supported. You'd have to buy a light that comes with it and swap it out and keep both lights. I'd recommend just getting the TLR 7 HLX

Good content. I'd recommend putting witness marks on your optic screws. That way, you'll if your screws are backing out or you've got something else going on. I like the FDE finish on the comp. When I got my sigle port back when black was all they had.

I've been doing that with a red paint pen for most of my optics! I just change out optics so frequently that it gets hard to keep track sometimes haha. I really should find a better paint pen too cuz it comes off pretty easily especially once I lube or clean the gun

@TheKoreanMarksman any issues with the recoil spring assembly? I have been trying to use a FUSE module grip, since Sig says it is the same as an X-Macro, but the spring guide head gets stuck sometimes and does not cycle well with the standard 3.1" recoil spring assembly.

Yea I’m doing a very similar build but for one my parts are all black instead of some weird tri color build and I’m also not using a Temu slide that can barely house a red dot. I’m also not messing with my trigger because it’s just stupid to do for a carry gun. Everything else is pretty much the same, WC X macro module, Herrington arms comp, TLR-7, and true precision barrel.

According to the werkz holster channel, they also review lights: the hpl light cap on a standard tlr 7 or tlr7 sub, tlr7 flex gets you around 9000 candela, which is better than the standard 5000. You need the circuitry of the new tlr 7 hlx to take full advantage of the hpl light cap of 22000 candela and 1000 lumens. Apparently it is easy to switch the circuit board from the tlr-7 hlx into the tlr 7 Sub. But I cannot afford to do so 😂.
