Well dry aging requires just putting the steak in a special bag and letting it sit in your fridge so its not that much effort

Awesome vid, would love to see a Mediterranean dry rub on a lamb forequarter slow cooked hanging from a tripod. Served with a Fraser Greek salad and babaganoush made from eggplant roasted over the fire with a nice loaf of bread cooked in the camp oven, just a thought.
