Fascinating you work for Peterbuilt. I used to drive articulated lorries in the UK. In particular I drove a Scania 420 tractor trailer in 2003/4 very similar to your other videos, except mine was a 6x4 unit. I no longer work in haulage having swapped careers. Anyhoo. I've recently subbed to your channel. I'm getting quite into the Tamiya RC building. Find it's a relaxing way to escape for a few hours building them. I've just been building their monster trucks and a buggy so far.

I know the feeling I got mine last Christmas!! It's all but done but just got the flatbed trailer!! I hope u do build it!! I'm going build mine like the good ol'boys from West Virginia do! 👍👍but hope ya get into the hauler again!

How much ya want for it? Im building a custom Knight Hauler 36" frame, stretched sleeper locking rears work off 2 servos, drop axle on another servo. Looks good so far keep building it make it like you would want to drive it every day in real life.

@@RCeveryday To a appreciative home I hope. My dad owned and drove log trucks, a couple newer KW's and a 53 or 54 white Pete. He would talk about that truck like he was remebering an old friend. I remember as a kid hearing him say it drove circles around his pretty new Kenworths. Something about old iron...cheers!

That is awesome! I agree, there is something about older things. They just seem to be made with some spirit in them. I work at the peterbilt factory in texas and while they are fun to drive, its nothing like a vintage truck at all.
