DISCLAIMER: I am not a personal trainer. Having hip and leg issues, this is my version of a leg workout although I'm currently not doing any leg workouts in the gym! I am constantly struggling but trying to find what can work for me. Before this workout I did my mobility routine which I will link (the video previous to this).

the creation of beauty is art. I’m so glad you found it helpful and that you enjoyed it because I always feel inadequate in a way or embarrassed that I don’t do a lot with my legs but I have to represent all of the people that are similar to me haah 🙈 and hopefully try and just give tips where I can too! Xx

Hi Rae! It takes a will of iron to do workouts while you're in pain, and I find it most admirable.

I still do a workout though- so if I can then anybody can it’s just about finding out what people enjoy to do! Because if you don’t enjoy it in the first place they’ll be no reason to go 🤷🏻‍♀️thanks so much for watching though! Do you do any active activities?! 🙈 x

I used to go hiking with my friends before I went solitary, these days a Saturday morning stroll is enough for me. I used to enjoy horseback riding, but those were rare instances. I'm mostly indoors at the computer since I don't like talking to people that I come across on the street and I'm not comfortable with crowds and stay out of the public eye... like a vampire of sorts. Lol! I'm probably the weirdest cheeky potato that you've got. :-)

Neil Goloy you’re definitely not weird!! You’re amazing 🙈☺️ just remember that! And it’s hard these days- I would love to go horse riding as a sport 😍🤤 or just yeah I think I would love it! I’ve been once when I have some money I will definitely look into doing lessons and it would probably be really good for me as I can barely use my lower body at the moment! One thing I can recommend if you would be interested is yoga with Adrienne on KZbin?! It’s ana amazing channel and you don’t have to do the long routines you can do the shorter ones too 🙈 maybe look into it?! Have more confidence in yourself Neil! If you don’t have confidence in yourself then nobody else will 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you feel shy then just fake it until you make it! Ahha everybody has the same worries when it comes down to it and just don’t worry about what other people think! it doesn’t matter just do what you enjoy doing 🙈👌 I have a book called “you are a badass” but I have so many other that’ need reading and returning to the library so I really can’t wait to read it though! 👌

Thanks Rae! That was most encouraging. Yes, riding around on a horse is so much fun. I never thought about yoga before, but I'll look into it. I'm not good at sitting still for long periods, though. Lol! Hopefully yoga will help to open my third eye. When I retreated from the outside world I got to studying a lot of creepy stuff and exploring the occult, like some of my ancestors before me. It takes up most of my free time. :-)

@@neilgoloy3582 you're so welcome :) that's what I'm here for if nobody else wants to support you! I always will :) and ahh that doesn't sound creepy it sounds extremely interesting! I would love to know where I'm from and do a genetic test soon! that would be sick! and yeah yoga is amazing I promise you! you will find something about it you enjoy whether it's the mindfulness side or your body just feeling a lot better, but it's all linked! so chances are you'll feel better all around! and maybe you could start by doing one video a week and building it up! I don't do any right now but I go to Yoga classes! I could so do videos at home again if I wanted though for free and any time I liked which is so cool the option is there! I would love to hear more about your stories anyway :) yoga is just so relaxing too! it's good to get active again for your mind and body :) you will feel so much better about life and yourself! and my wish is for everyone to feel good about themselves! xx

I love working out! Jey Lee aw thank you so much Jey!! What a lovely comment! I really hope one day I can do such a proper leg workout! Right now I’m not even doing any of these just because if somethings belongs to irritate me or become painful I stop or I know from experience it’s just not a great road to go down, I’d rather leave it and do something else so that I can carry on going to the gym and at least making my core and upper body stronger ☺️ I’m really so glad you loved watching it means a lot to me’n especially because I really take a lot of time editing these style videos! 💕❤️

Good job Rae Fit UK. If I had hip pain probably would not be able to do those exercises. Your SUPER strong Rae Fit UK. My favorite parts were when you were dead lifting and the guy in the background was texting and when you were doing core hanging leg raises and you hit the water bottle.=]

#mevermisslegday I understand about the deadlifts. My form is not good but have been working on it. My lower body is not very flexible like you and it is hard for me to do deadlifts. The hanging leg raise are awesome for the abs. Thumbs-up!

Cheeky potato indeed, haha. Great workout! I did some deadlifts a few days ago and hurt my lower back a little. I'm better now though. Not bad for having the hip pain, hopefully you weren't hurting to bad afterwards. Again, great workout and keep going! Have a good one Rae.

I personally prefer bent leg dead lifts as stiff leg deadlifts are hard on the body.

Scorpion McKillin'It it’s funny you should say that lol, because they changed it recently and to what it is on the video and the old one was SO much better. And I also talk to some of the staff and manager that work there but like I think they just changed it because they got the funding but it the quality of the equipment was so much better than before, and I was just discussing with my sister how it just feels horrible there now and all of the systems have changed and like they’ve changed the staff and just everything really 🤷🏻‍♀️ the gym shipment from before was only 4 years old but it was Life Fitness so it was really solid! Haha and erm when you have pain even if you want to ignore it still doesn’t help when you’re trying to walk it somewhere but you’re slowed down so much 😂😂.

You gotta be strong to do swing your legs so high! Which of these would be the best for inside tights? I think mine are getting a bit fluffy, but none of the workout routines I do does any difference... Or maybe I do it wrong? DO you have it in any video maybe? i dotn recall, sorry :/
