I used to have the same issues you can get a cheap camera mic. I think it's a tiny rode mic it helped me out hope it can do the same for you. Good luck

Cam Sur cheeky because of my hairstyle?! 🙈🙊 lol. Erm I think at the beginning well the beginning of my KZbin year a bit after I was at a good body composisition and it’s even better now’ I’m a dress size down since then and a lot more aware of the problems that I have with my body so it’s hard to say when it’s never worked perfectly :) I was even doing cardio and everything else I should be doing but everything is a bit different now. I’m still doing cardio just not the programme I was given fully :) I’m just feeling a bit lost right now but trying the best I can and will carry on with my lower calories :) I hope that answers your question!

Cam Sur I am planning to see what happens with my hips if nothing happens I will just continue to see what I can do and researching what I can working w lot more on ankle mobility and trying to find out what’s causing the sharp hip pain :) what are you planning to do this year?

Rae Fit UK what about getting a job and moving out and stuff like that? have you thought about that? me hopefully launch my business and be fully self employed by 2020! and yes it was your cheeky hair style ;-) you do know how to be cheeky though don’t you (accents, acting etc) ;)
