The Stormlight Archives will be 10 books long. After the first 5 there will be some cataclysmic event and the 6th book will start up years later with all of the survivors (and new characters, of course). There are a lot of story lines, but the main one follows Kaladin and his experiences from soldier to slave. Then there's Dalinar, the man who used to be this great warlord but has fallen into obscurity and has embarrassing "fits". And then Shallan, the thief who hides under the guise of a scholar. The book. Is. Incredible.

my june tbr is also gigantic, but that's okay, I like having a list to choose from, so we'll see how many I get through. To name a few on the list, Thunderhead, Obsidio, Restore Me (i've been slacking in the sequels department lately) and then in the contemporary department, I plan on reading Save the Date and From Twinkle, With Love. There's quite a bit more on my list (including the book I've already read and the two that I'm partially through already, all of which are rereads lol) but I'm pumped for June. I just feel like I'm going to read a lot. Which is good. Obviously.

The Way of Kings is amazing. Don't look into it. It has a steep learning curve and you won't quite understand what's going on at first, but it is absolutely mindblowing. Words of Radiance is even better. I'm hoping to get to Oathbringer this summer.

I'm finishing clockwork princess and reading city of heavenly fire for sure. Other than that, my TBR is pretty open. I may finish some books I DNFd a while ago, I may restart salt to the sea which I put down during school because life got busy, I may read night film. Not totally sure yet. But I definitely want to read some of the physical books that I lugged home with me from college since I've been either buying more books or reading ebooks pretty much exclusively

I just picked up Neverworld Wake yesterday on my way home from work. Good luck with the Brandon Sanderson book. I heard The Way Of Kings is a little slow because it is setting up the entire world. Just an FYI if you didn't know, pretty much all of Brandon Sanderson's adult fantasy books take place in the same universe but on different planets or areas. There is also one character that has shown up in all of the books. I just want to get out of my reading slump. I haven't read a book in like a month. I have picked up a lot and started a lot, none of them just grabbed me though. Well one did but I found out it kind of takes place in a world an author built and the story has a little more meaning if you read the other trilogy first.

I love the Stormlight Archive series, and Sanderson in general (duhh as I have 2 Stormlight tattoos, with more Cosmere plans). Hyped for you to read Way of Kings - it's definitely a slower read, though, which I enjoyed but I know some people don't. And that first book you mentioned sounded super interesting.

I'm reading Save the Date right now and I'm liking it so far! I'm also kind of selective with my contemporaries so fingers crossed that I love it like other Morgan Matson books. I also have the very ambitious goal to read Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon. It's huge and fantasy and I loved the Bone Season. If you haven't gotten a copy of the arc, I would totally give it you after I finish :) especially since I got it for free at BEA!
