This is one of my favorite beginner/intermediate Vinyasa Flows to do in the morning to get my blood flowing, but you can do this flow at any time of day. 🔆

- I have continued education towards my Masters in Human Movement & Physiology
- I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for 3 years before working full time for myself as a KZbinR.
