Hey Chris! Pls comment on the iPad’s battery life as a full time iPad user. How do you use the iPad charger? Do you leave it on charging all the time? Or do you use the battery once charging hits 100%? What’s your battery health percentage after 6 months & after 1 year? Do you change the iPad battery within 2 years of use? And any other points you may wish to add. Thanks.

Definitely love these series!! I wonder is it still worth it to get the magic trackpad 2 in 2020? Or it’s better to get mx master 3 (mouse in general) For video editing in LumaFusion.. please make a video comparison for these 2 either trackpad or mouse!

Hi Christopher, i work with an 34" screen + a 27" cintiq. When you work daily on the iPad, are you not stressing out that everthing is packed in a 12" screen? I know you mention missing adding monitors. Switching between aps over and over.. Also, email.. how are you dealing with that? I have tons of eamil a day. I think you deal with that too. I consider going for an Exchange account, fix everthing about email n the cloud, so a rule applys there and i dont have to fix that seperate on every device i recieve email on. P.s., i am an PC user now, working with the iPad Pro from time to time. The M1 with RAM looks to be an killer. Cant wait what it will do with a ARM Photoshop. My daily driver. Makes me returning to Apple

Hi, I work from home, like most of the world, but I have a problem, I have back pain because I sit 8 hours at desk on my dinner chair. I wanted to buy ergonomic chair, but unfortunately, all chairs are too big to my desk, I have desk connected with two drawers on both sides, and I have only 19.7 inches to put my chair and sit comfortable. I also was thinking about ergo stool, but sitting so much time on a stool can be uncomfortable. Anyone has an idea?

Podcasting especially the editing is the one area where my iPad lets me down because I can't find a plugin for the sound that is anywhere near as good as the Izotope plugins I use in logic.

Thanks for all this Cris! It will be great if you can talk about how you use file management and how you handle some troubles related (such as ghost files when you copy or move files, not to have a progress bar,...). I really love to work on the iPad but I´m having some issues to figure out this and it would be nice to hear what your thoughts about it. P.d: I agree with you and I love to see external monitor support and pro apps in the coming months.

Yo I'm having a big issue transferring multiple large 4k files (around 16gbs per file) to the iPad Pro from an SD card via USB-C card reader. The issue is, when i multiselect the files and press Copy, the files app freezes for a while and also disables me from typing, eventually it unfreezes and let's me navigate to the desired folder, but even then when pressing PASTE it doesn't transfer all files. I've also purchased a couple different dongles that are supposed to be for Apple products, but still no luck. Any info on this?

hey man! awesome video! i’m also currently building up my workflow on an 12.9” iPad Pro. pretty much all my creative stuff are made with this device. I have one question though, do you also upload your KZbin videos via the iPad? is the iPad version of safari good enough for that? coz I have tried accessing KZbin Studio before iPadOS14 and i kinda feel like it doesn’t work well on an iPad. i’m wondering if that has changed on iPadOS14. thanks man!

Agreed, I am an iPad Pro ’nut” as well. As for more pro apps, again bring them on but not only from Apple, but Adobe as well, specifically Lightroom. The current version is great, especially when I am out of town for work, but I live on LR Classic when at home on the iMac and MacBook Pro. To have ”Classic” and all of the features that are lacking in LR (CC) on my iPad is the dream. And spot on for useable external monitor support. I and no doubt many others have over the years been praying for this, sadly however with every new iOS update since ’12’ we have been let down. C’mon Apple show us some love.
@MartinHarvey3 жыл бұрын
I would respectfully disagree with LRM vs Darkroom - IMHO even ignoring the integration with the LR ecosystem there are no editors on the iPad that have the comprehensiveness of editing capability that LR does. Also, I feel Pixelmator is preferable to Darkroom. Thanks again for a superb prez. Stay well.

Podcast recording just got a lot easier with the new Zoom Podtrak P4. It has line in with built in mix-minus so you can connect to a call and record incoming audio while sending your audio out to the call all through one cable to the ipad. It's a definite step up for iPad podcasters

Great series of Videos. Before I watch your channel I had an ipad mini 5 just to read medical articles, but used many computers (desktop and laptop, mac and windows)... now I’m an iPad Pro only user, I’m even considering give my gaming laptop to my daughter for home school, because my iPad Pro is now my mobile console... I would like to have Microsoft desktop software for iPad, and that would be awesome for me!!!
