Thanks to this video I was able to recognize a vintage trucker jacket from 93 that has an orange tab in a used clothing store, at first I thought it was a copy (I live in Cuenca - Ecuador) but I remembered this video and I can say that I am happy with my find from 20 usd!! greetings!!

Love your series on Levi's. I have a pair of red tab Big E 501s, but they have the modern interior tags (the silky 4 layer fabric tags inside). The CW number says 20, so I believe that means they were manufactured in 2020? Why do they have a Big E tab?

Unfortunately, Levis recently started reusing the Big E on their “premium” Jeans. Kind if annoying, but it is what it is at this point. Thanks for watching!!

Found some Orange Tab 505 0917 manufactured in '79. Unfortunately the fabric is made up of 36% Polyester. Is it still considered a worthwhile investment?

Would it be worth trying to remove the hem on those bell bottoms? Or would that devalue them significantly?

How can I find some 201s?

Well, eBay typically has the highest volume of options, but just looking now i noticed it appears the only options are LVC at the moment. But you can save a search and be alerted when they become available. Other options are mostly to find a Japanese seller on Instagram or elsewhere and buy directly from them. The Japanese tens to have the best of the best when it comes to vintage Levi’s.
