Just my personal preference, for a 2.0TSI the perfect setup is a catless downpipe + stock resonator + muffler delete. Perfect sound, not too much drone and perfect DSG pops (perfect daily driver setup).

Hey hamza! Not sure if your obd reader can do this but you should definitely turn off the sound aktor now that u have an exhaust, it’s pointless fake noise being played in the cabin that try’s to make the exhaust sound better but instead just drones over the real sound, trust me 👍🏼

It you can’t turn it off via the OBD it really easy to just unplug it (it’s located under the scuttle right in the middle).

@@Jon.O you actually can depending on what obd tool you have, like if you have obd11 it’s really easy to I’m just not sure of the availability of it in the UK, but yes you could also just unplug it

​@@trickifichd2939 Loud exhausts and decats are not permitted - MOT failures basically and could invalidate insurance. A sports cat is the only legal way to run a sports exhaust system.

Loving the build i have a 3dr gti myself I think this is the only mod i wouldnt do to mine not to this extent anyway. Bit too loud maybe , cant tell on a video how loud it is but looks really loud. Thanks man! Unfortunately it’s not possible to pass with a decat. But with sport cat you should be fine, I’m considering to change to one as this may be too loud for trackdays.
