I am so happy you posted this because when it got to the end I was like "wow her hair looks so beautiful" and my boyfriend (Hispanic) said "baby that's what your fro looks like" And I've been on a little hair hating moment because of constant work, so it really picked my head up I was like, this woman is rocking her hair and it looks freaking beautiful so I can do it too if I care and love for it!

I just wanna say that I'm really happy that you use a comb to detangle! So many hair channels are like "I don't use a comb, you can just finger detangle. Its better if you dont use any combs" Like GURL I NEED A COMB TO GET OUT ALL THESE KNOTS!!! so thanks for showing us its okay to still use combs

@@marrieabba3607 there are many cheap and good alternatives. Look up some that some naturals have tried. Buy it and see if it works. Some would include Aussie moist, Africans pride, creme of nature. I haven't tried all of those but I know somw naturals who would say that their good.

Of you have low porosity hair, I would suggest the LOC method, which is leave in conditioner, an oil like argan oil, Then a cream like she's butter :)

Chizi one youtuber with 4c hair recommended not finger detangling. I do a little finger detangling but I use a wide to other comb and a detangling moisturizer. I see that you do both. Not knocking what anyone is doing (if it works for you then keep doing it) but I see that some KZbinrs say that they only finger detangle and when they use a comb all of this hair comes out. But is a lot of hair coming out because finger detangling doesn't get all of the shed hair out?

Dareese Hinds I have 4c hair and I must use a wide tooth combination to detangle, otherwise it never gets truly detangled. As for losing hair - we naturally lose about 150 strands a day, so as long as the shedding doesn't seem excessive, I think it's all good... I tried finger detangling only for a while and it was a disaster.
