If you have a few high end watches you should have opening set, and a timegrapher that way you know when a watch needs an overhaul and you can see how well it has been serviced ie no beat error and good amplitude.

Only goes to very special vintage watchmakers here - not to RSC, nor Omega SC, nor AD. Only high-rep specialized vintage watchmakers. One - a 321 specalist who worked at Omega and Patek - did my 1967 321 Speedy. My 5513 only goes to a guy who did 6538 and 6542s.
