Same here, I was searching for someone that defined her hair similar to mine, and lol, I found her!! I saw the hair and said, omg it’s identical 😳🥺. I remember that I had a teacher that told me once to brush my hair bc it was so messy... but it was actually brushed, just that it looked like hers, fluffy, I didn’t know what to do bc of that, bc my hair it’s similar to hers, not so straight but either curly lol, so to see this, it’s cool 🥰🥰

Okay WOW i appreciate this video so much. My hair looks EXACTLY like yours when brushed dry, and I relate so much to the “oh my gosh, you have so much hair” comments at the salon. I kind of just do nothing to it normally and straighten it for special events, but I’ve been trying to learn how to style the waves that my hair gets when it dries. I honestly didn’t know where to start and this helped so much! I’ll definitely be doing some more research and trying the diffusing out!

If you have dandruff it’s actually caused by oil! You might benefit from washing your hair more than once a week and conditioning your ends to ensure they aren’t too dry 😊 I learned this from a dermatologist recently

Some dandruff caused by dry scalp!
@maianikkiamethyst2543
@maianikkiamethyst2543 2 жыл бұрын
@@zohrehf1539 dandruff refers specifically to the production of excess oil on the scalp. Dry scalp is it’s own thing. The difference is dandruff is big yellowish flakes while dry scalp is little white flakes. Those with dandruff may benefit from using less invigorating shampoos but more often than using a clarifying shampoo once a week. Dry scalp however may gain better results from washing less frequently.

You remind me of ME in so many ways that it’s scary. LOL Your hair looks so much like mine except I am very new to the “CGM” so I’m not sure yet how wavy my hair potentially can get. Currently, looking like a 2A ... possibly 2B. Only thing that really turns me off with CGM is all the products that have to be used just to achieve the ultimate look. I’m a bare minimum, “100% natural products” kind of girl and the thought of so much crap loaded up in my hair all at one time does not sound like a healthy practice to me (😂). I’m experimenting around a bit and made a homemade flaxseed gel to see if that alone works first. If not, I may incorporate mousse into the regimen in addition (I did try it once earlier this week and it looked pretty decent, actually). Also going to play around with certain hair lengths and layers to see if it will help to bring out my waves more, as a more practical approach. But I absolutely can’t accept 3-5 products in my hair at one time, everyday, whether or not the products are 100% natural. Lmbo. I’m very interested to see where this hair journey takes me in the next several months. Thanks for sharing routine in this video!

the difference between thickness and density is that density is how many strands are on your head for example we usually say people have thick hair when they have a high density or thin hair with low density to test this split your hair down the middle and look at your scalp if its small it's high and if it's a wide parting its low density or you can measure the circumference of a low ponytail. And coarse is the thickness of the strand itself so if you take a strand of hair and rub it between your fingers and it feels like sewing thread you have med to coarse hair if you can't feel the strand you have thin hair.

Hey, i have 2a hair. I have one tip to not make your hair fluffy after brushing is to put hair cream/oil before brushing. Sometimes i put oil along the teeth comb to get more glide. Ive tried the scrunching with hair products on damp hair and I dont think my hair is wavy, its more straight but i have coarse bits on top of the crown... Ive thought of trying cgm but i dont like the thought of hair gel in my hair, ive never used any gel in my life. pov: im asian & muslim, need to wet a bit of hair 5x a day, dont think it will be comfy. The only thing im doing from cgm is putting hair cream on damp hair and sometimes scrunching it in. It does helps to absorb the cream & moisturise the coarse bits.

You also have to take into account her length. Her curls got weighted down with the length and gravity. For example I'm a 2c "mainly", with a few 2b and 3a here and there. A "wurly" basically. However, the more my hair grows, the more the weight of it "lengthen" the curls. So now I'm more of a 2b overly. If it makes sense? Just look at a ton (and I mean a ton) of different pictures about curl types. Follow / integrate groups of curlies or wavies and somehow, your brain will start memorizing it all. So that when you see a wavy/curly/kinky, you'll just know there type no matter which length. Obviously, this will be useful for your own hair too. Edit: although, I will say that to me she seems to be more of a 2b overall..

My hair length is almost on my belly button and when i let them dry naturally i only have the curls in the ends :( Maybe i should get a layered haircut?? I don't use anything on my hair and my hair looks a little frizzy and unhealthy. My hair tends to get greasy in two days after I wash them. So my concern is that I need to put this much product on my hair three times a week.

Soooo for wavy 2a-2b what drug store shampoo/conditioner do you guys recommend? I wanna try Shea moisturizer shampoo/conditioner but a lot of people said it’s to heavy for 2a-2b.
