I've been on mounjaro for a month now 2.5 but don't seem to lose any weight yet at all . Just stomach pains... Wondering if I'm doing something wrong..

I’m so sorry about the stomach pains, I got those on ozempic. Itake different for everyone but I try to eat as much protein as possible, I carry a tumbler with water everywhere. I’m on week 3 now and the weight has slowed up but it feels like inches are coming off. I do hear zepbound works too but it’s just for weightloss. I’m type 2 diabetic so that’s also why I was put on mounjaro

of the foods you are getting down are you prioritizing protein first? are you walking? are you able to do chair exercises? how about two big 40 oz tumblers of water? are you getting your electrolytes in? are you taking meds to help with your stomach pain? my doctor prescribed me zofran and it works marvelously. I lost from 200 to 175 in my first month. My A1C is dropping and my blood sugar is stable. keep it up if you’re doing all the things for your part, if not, contact your doctor and maybe switch meds.
