Start eating for every 2 hrs u are eating in a correct way ...u can have peanuts,local fruit,panner and something heavy during 5...and 6

No need to do specific exercises over all body wi8 loss will make face fat will also reduce so include face related exercises in over all body workouts ... And consistency is the main thing to reduce the wi8 For yrs we have been storing fat but dnt expect it to reduce fat in days or 1 or 2 mnths age doesn't matter for physical exercise eat regular food that ur mom gave to u from childhood and drink plenty of water like 3-4lit water
