Great job and I love your work. As an interior designer I’d like to make a comment. I assume you chose the loft as your work space leaving the larger downstairs space for classes which hosts more people at one time. My comment is that you will probably be spending more time in the loft doing hair which I assume is where you spend more time and earn more. (All assumptions). The loft will have much less natural light which is a pity in Texas which will have amazing light most of the year. Plus in the summer the heat will be concentrated in the loft leading to higher cooling costs. Whereas if you were spending less time in the loft it would be less of a priority cooling the hottest area. That said, amazing undertaking and I wish you and your wife the best of luck!
