Today we lost Eid forever, I would like to fecommend 2 things to you :- - Do not kill any kind of nimals or fishing. Because Buddhism considers it a sin, Karma will punish family members. - Avoid cycling on major roads ! Because nowaday, Thai people drive so fast that hit pedestrians on the side of the road, cars, motorcycles and general bicycles, many people are injured, disabled and killed. Today we have lost Eid forever, which we all are very sad So I don't want any more losses. Your twin daughters don't have anymore. You must keep yourself safe for your chikd ! I hope you understand my good intentions ! Now, I'm 63 years old, who has seen many things and therefire has given you advice ! And another thing is You must keep the house or kitchen Door Closed at all tine ! This is to protect you and your twins from mosquito bites Or reptiles that are poisonous will attack. Because around your house there are many trees growing around it Which reptiles like to hide ! All of the suggestion are not intended to make you feel stressed But it is recommended to protect it for safety !

I was raised by a single mom, and she passed away very immediate, similar to your wife. It has been one of the hardest things I have ever dealt with. I can tell you from experience, life will get better. You will become a stronger person dealing with loss, and have a better perspective on life and what is important to you. It helped me to cry and "let it out" when I felt sadness coming on. Time will fix things, focus on those beautiful babies, your wife is still here, in them. If family and friends offer help, take it, don't be stubborn. Also, many people are mourning her loss as well, I had a hard time realizing that, when I was in so much pain internalizing everything. When my dad passed I felt like my chest was about to rip apart and I'd heard other people say take this from me Lord and I did that and it was gone instantly. Come to Christ and He will give you peace that surpasses all understanding. You'll still miss her but it will be bearable and as if you've already gone through the grieving stages. I lost my aunt from breast cancer and other stuff I was so young at that time I didn't know what happened, when my mom pulled me into her room and said "You know how you can't call, text, or visit?" I was like "yeah" Then my mom told that my aunt passed away and I broke down in tears crying 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. I lost so many people the one I lost was my sister/best friend Emily. She died from suicide... Her mom killed her 2 kids and then killed herself😭☹. I still can't wrap my head around it today at the end of December it'll be 8 years since she died. Speaking as a physician he does seem very sparse on the medical details of how a young healthy woman went from not feeling well to ICU to dead. Also if he wasn't feeling well I would think that the hospital be very interested in bringing him for evaluation. I also think his first reaction would be denial but he seems to be already making plans for his future which doesn't put me in the mind that this guy is in shock, it puts me in the mind that he already knew that his wife is going to die.

I am not going argue about any patient that I know nothing about .. I am puzzled by how hia wife started to feel better then in 24 hours passed in a hospital. I stick to my point that he speaks about his future his like a person who knew his wife going to die not a grieving husband

His wife has just passed and he now has 10 week old twins to care for, by himself, with his family's main income sources (Eid's businesses) gone. Everything he says and worries about (the house, the car, the kids' future, a job) are completely reasonable given the circumstances. He's trying to evaluate his current situation and get his ducks in a row. You shouldn't judge a person in this situation if you've never been in it yourself.

Having a wonderful Thai wife myself who had to adjust to life in Canada I know I would be completely devastated if I ever lost her. We have been married for 40 years and she has been an absolute rock of stability through the entire marriage despite having to navigate her way through a completely alien culture to what she was used to. As a much older fellow Aussie living in the Philippines for many years, as well as 2 years in Cambodia,, I know well the health hazards of living in rural tropical areas in the developing world. I've gone back and looked at many of your old videos and have to admit, you seemingly had a great life together. What seemed totally lacking to me as an expert on nutrition though, was a healthy diet. It's vital for fight off disease. Most young people are just the same, considering themselves bulletproof, even though they're vulnerable to many things, such as Dengue. I truly hope this tragedy leads you to start taking care of yourself - if only for the sake of your girls, who are really counting on you now. Best of luck. Peace.

That's a great question. There's a lot of nonsense being spouted on social media and vloggers confusing and misleading people. The real truth is clear to anyone who studies nutritional science. If you're not interested reading research papers or books, there are some great videos on youtube that cover what you need to know. "Forks over knives". is one. "The game changers" has also changed a lot of people's lives for the better. "Fat, sick and nearly dead" and "Eating you alive" are good too. In a nutshell, (pun intended), we need to base our diet around whole plant foods, like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes nuts, seeds greens etc. The less processed, the better. As a general rule, the degree to which we do that, is the degree to which we are healthy and long lived. Studies of the parts of the world where people live much longer and healthier lives - also known as the "Blue Zones" ,show that those who do the best eat a diet of 95-100% whole plants. Of course it's also it's important to exercise throughout life, have good relationships with friends, family, community. Sleep 7-8 hours a night, eliminate bad habits like drinking to excess or smoking and just generally staying positive and active. You'd be amazed how much what you eat affects not just your energy levels, but your mood and motivation as well. There are different ways of changing. I set out to gradually change my diet. First I stopped meat (35 years ago) then seafood, the n eggs and dairy. 17 years now without any animal products and my health has never been better. In fact, it was truly worse when I was younger. My Heart goes out to you. But you MUST stay strong. I'm a single mom raised my kid on my own ! Hardships will come through your way but don't ever stop .. keep strong you have to tell yourself that you can ! Don't say TRY .. because you can do it ! Try is way of saying your giving up! I can't agree with try it's you will do this and that for yourself and for your kids and especially for your wife who passed away. My condolences. I promise you will be fine if you choose to keep positive and stay strong. It's not gonna be an easy road. But I believe in life your given things in life because you are able to handle it. I will never judge the way someone grieves, or the way they handle the passing of a loved one. Everyone mourns and grieves on their own way.
