Luna had abandoned him for well over three years, so he could easily have gotten a divorce. Therefore Luna couldn’t sue him for anything. He could remarry Samatha legally. He is really being foolish to entertain Luna for any reason. If he wanted to give her money that should have been a decision made by him and Samatha together. He is not putting Samatha and his daughter first in his life. His actions are not fair to Samatha.
