​@@julienkarch334 in TADC, abstracting happens when you lose your mind realizing there is no point to it all while in deltarune, both jevil and spamton have gone insane after [something]. abstracted characters become destructive beasts and secret bosses gain greater power than even the chapter bosses. Also interesting connection is that, there are theories that the characters are coping mechanisms in each fandom, the deltarune one saying for example that jevil follows optimistic nihilism (nothing really matters therefore I can do anything) and TADC one saying that for example jax turned to humor and being mean to distract himself from the horror of his existance. Also also, both have themes of entertainment.

​@edwinmaster7326 My character coped by hiding everything to keep his position basically a fear of being considered a madman, and he is also the chapter boss of chapter 5 and the ruler of shoptown a dark world in sans' grocery store. He undergoes an arc where he realizes that he has been throwing his life away for fear and that even if his choices don't matter he should make them anyways and that he should be more true to himself.
