Even as someone who's never been jv, we went to a team tournament one time and I got double legged and slowly let down twice by 2 dif people 😭

Coach said you learn more from a loss than a win. What I didn't do or what I let him do is usually the difference in a match. As the say hindsight is 20-20.

How do you analyze film/matches?

The easiest thing to do is to look for times when you scored or an opponent scored on you and try to see what happened
