flew with them 5 times, never had issues BUT i only fly with hand luggage just because oft that, suitcase + backpack + skateboard all with me in the plane, never had any problems with luggage (so far)

It is an insider on this channel at this point, that Air Canada seemingly never makes a flight without losing Nick's entire gear lol. Which time is this? 7th? Insane. Do they at least replace it?
