In this episode, we will fly back from Indonesia to India experiencing Indigo's worst food menu (changed from 1 Sept). 7 Hours in Indigo A320, with no charging points, thin seats and no IFE. How does it go?

Answers to your feedback on Indigo 1. As a new step to sustainability, Indigo and few more airlines has stopped selling can colddrinks and rather serve it in paper cups. It was all over the news couple months back. 2. Even if you buy a flexi ticket and you have a connecting flight, you are given a complementary meal only for one sector. It is already mentioned in the terms ans conditions. Hope it helps

You are missing the point. Yes, it is a good idea to serve in paper cups. The issue is the *quantity* of the drink. Indigo can serve in a BIGGER paper cup or at least refill the same paper cup two or three times.

I feel your pain about SQ. Coming to India I always prefer Singapore and I get the best aircrafts. A350 from Aus to Sin then A380 from Sin to Del and 787-10 from Del to Sin and A350 again for return from Sin to Aus. Service as we know is next level.

I will definitely not use indigo for such a long flight. Even in domestic flights the jungly sandwich they sell for around 500 tastes extremely bad and is total waste of money. Good that you reached India safely. Love your videos.

@@tanwirulzafar rate bhi toh dekho... 9,000 rupees kharch karke I went Delhi to Singapore and I spent 8,000 rupees from Jakarta to Mumbai. 30 kg baggage free and unlimited water. Many foreign airlines do not provide water and baggage for free if you didnt know like Air Asia, Scoot. Also Indigo makes more profit a year than all Pakistani airlines combined :)

And I have been to Mumbai every month, my experience as an Indonesian citizen, the Mumbai airport is not so good!! The service is bad, For me, an Indonesian who doesn't know any Indian language, I would be confused with the Mumbai airport officers who speak Indian language, and there are so many arrogant Mumbai officers at the airport. Many foreign nationals are dissatisfied with the services of Mumbai officers!!!

Cold sandwiches and wraps are some times not cooked as we like to blow the whistle here in India, it is done to keep things as natural and fresh as possible. In west there are many vending machines where cold cut sandwiches, wraps and salads are kept with similarly prepped chicken/meats. The wrap prep was pun intended. Also there is an option to fly SQ at 1.5x, you will get cold towel service prior to flight.

Price, check in experience, support when things don't go as planned, or when I'm late for the fight. You made an honest review but the title is a little harsh.. Indigo ke piche mat pado bhai. Soumit - Agreed! You made a BIG mistake by flying Indigo. Indigo Customer Service complaints are increasing by the month. I have flown Singapore Airlines many times. The A380 is nothing special. The Aircraft is too big - meaning even it is 85% full, there are always people waiting in front of the Lavatories. I prefer the A350.

A few years ago I had a really scary experience with Indigo when the fully-speeding aircraft in the midst of takeoff was brought to a screeching halt and brought back because of some defect. (Why did they not check it properly before the flight?) However, my recent experience within India for short hops has been quite good. They are usually on time and professional.

1) first of all it basically caters to domestic . People still call it domestic airlines 2) people world wide hardly know indigo 3) other than being on time generally, their services are below par 4) their crew are not trained like other good airlines 5) food is shit, even on domestic sectors they don't serve hot beverages. Even no beverages separately, you are forced to buy other stuff to get beverages
