Damon I can tell you YES it can be retitled and insured after a rebuild with the charity salvage. My nephew had a Volvo that was with Haggerty and he totalled it, they gave it back to him and paid him it's value. He had it repaired from a family friend and is still driving today....

My guess was $200k, because parts alone was $160-170k and then shipping + tax + labor + and paint would clearly jump up to $220k realistically. And thats assuming that the time it takes to curate all the parts is less than 4months time. But realistically it’ll take around 8-14months. No im not an expert but i worked at 2 dealerships in parts and service and family worked in collision.
