This likely goes without saying...do whatever you have to do to keep Mike Essa. He is a godsend to your channel and a huge credit to you that someone of his caliber is working in-house. I'd hire him some extra help. A fabricator and a general mechanic certified to work on Ferrari and Lamborghini. People he can fully manage. Seems like he has a tremendous amount of work on his hands. You don't want him burning out. All of the content you guys are putting out is great. I can't get enough. Hopefully, I'll be joining you guys down the road in my own F12. I'm almost there!
