I respect him 100% for this because allot of people won’t admit that they took quote unquote “a break” or just lived life for a a few. Many people forget that those who make videos on KZbin being fitness inspirations as human and not robots. He showed that he was human and that if you just get back into the routine of things, that you CAN achieve what you set out to. This will be amazing if he showed what he did to shred back up.

It's still in you once a weight lifter/ athlete will always be that. Don't know why was you taken a break but at least your not a failure. Keep the videos going like before. Be easy my brother.

Back to the grind! Very few people stay in peak shape year round. I get it, you're thicker than you'd like to be, but it's a short trip back if you focus. One suggestion: with these cameras that focus the entire scene, it creates a problem when the camera moves continuously. A little is fine, but if you're moving the camera up and down, up and down, etc., it literally makes the viewer (me) feel dizzy. I'm sure I'm not your only subscriber with a large computer screen. Please try to limit the camera movement. Thanks. Oh, and shout out to Obi...he's a beast too!
