Thanks for your support! I think I missed a lot of stuff but it's hard to explain 5 hard years in 25 min. For people who ask about what my condition was - I have tendinitis on many parts of my body and also arthritis on many parts of my body. All my examinations were always perfect so doctors couldn't find the exact reason for my condition. I just found a way to control my pain the last year with only exercises and movements that doesn't cause me pain.

I’m not a lifter. Other than that we share a similar path. I was hit by a car at 21, had a failed back surgery, and have had very few days without pain over the last 28 years. It changes who you are, it alters your identity, it tests your character. I applaud you speaking out - but please know that you are at 100% - of what you are TODAY. You can’t measure yourself against who you were before you injured yourself/experienced the pain. Forget the 50% or the 80% of who you were at your peak. You are 100% of who you are today. Tomorrow you will be 100% of who you are tomorrow. It’s fluid, it changes daily and sometimes hourly, but it sounds like you’ve come out the other side and once you realize that you are not defined by the person you once were, you’re on the right path. Keep that shit up 😊

Lol. He built his body using steroids, SARMS or some other PED, claiming natural. What exactly is it that you idolize, and why are you shaming 80 % of men who fight every day doing their best, but don't take drugs to get ahead in the game. Grow up will you! P.S. I wish Lazar the best.
@AnindyaLongvah4 жыл бұрын
@jaghad yes he's done PEDs and taken gear but taking a few injections ain't it. It's not like he wasn't training hard every day, day in day out. He pushed his body to the limit, physically and probably chemically as well. Roids are super heavy on your organs. Are there people out there who can't look like him if they train as hard as him? Yes of course. Roids make a real difference. But there aren't too many people out there who train that hard. They either give up and diss fake nattys and say it's all an illusion or they fall prey to taking PEDs too early and without a real cause. I'm not defending Lazar lying about PEDs. Lying is a problem. If you take them, be open about it. But dissing people for taking them is so stupid because it's a hard hard life and you tango with death/severe disease and pain if you do them.

with all do respect why idolize this guy? has his story not taught you anything, this guy's entire life consists of looking good. to the point of sacrificing his own health, the guy should have stopped and given his tendons rest instead he just ruins himself. not something to idolize mate. I've had tendonitis in my forearm, the only way it went away was to stop training outright for months. that's what he should have done from the start he would have been fine.
